Why should we attend Disney Grad Nite 2011?
The class of 2011 will be part of Grad Nite history as the longest-running senior-only event will move back to the Magic Kingdom® Park. For one magical night, seniors will experience the red-carpet treatment as they become celebrities. With the hottest in live music, celebrity appearances, multiple dance zones, thrilling attractions and more- it's an elaborate party that only Disney can deliver. Plus, chaperones can rest easy knowing their students are safe and having fun. Chaperones also receive special benefits including an exclusive lounge and more.
When is Disney Grad Nite 2011?
Grad Nite takes place on April 29, 30 and May 6, 7 2011 from 10pm - 4am at Magic Kingdom® Park located in the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida
Who is eligible to attend Disney Grad Nite?
High school seniors and their chaperones may attend this event. It is up to the discretion of your school administration to allow students to bring dates who are not graduating seniors. All participants must be either students or chaperones from your attending public, private, or home school. Schools may bring their junior class officers to give them a preview of Disney Grad Nite experience so they can help promote it to their class next year.
Does every group need to have a chaperone?
Every group must have at least one adult (21 or older) chaperone. Groups of 10 or more must have at least one adult chaperone for every 10 students. All participants - students and chaperones - must adhere to the Disney Grad Nite 2011 dress code and abide by a no-smoking, no-alcohol and no-drugs policy.
Are there any special responsibilities for our chaperones during Disney Grad Nite?
Yes. At least one of your chaperones must be on duty throughout the entire event. Your head chaperone is required to check in at Chaperone Headquarters immediately upon arrival to pick up a pager. The pager assigned to your head chaperone can be transferred from chaperone to chaperone throughout the evening as determined by your head chaperone. It must be returned upon exiting the Magic Kingdom® Park at the conclusion of your Disney Grad Nite event.
Chaperones are required to make sure that students meet the dress code and follow the no-smoking, no-alcohol and no-drugs policy throughout the entire evening. Disney Grad Nite 2011 is considered a school event, so all school rules and regulations should be enforced by all chaperones
Can we leave Disney Grad Nite 2011 early?
Yes. Prior to arriving at the Walt Disney World® Resort, your Disney Grad Nite 2011 group can make special arrangements for an early departure. A special request form will be provided in the Chaperone Planning Guide Book, which is sent to your school. This form should be filled out and returned by your head chaperone to your Travel Planner. Do our chaperones receive complimentary admission to Disney Grad Nite?
Yes -- one complimentary chaperone package is provided to you for every 10 student packages purchased.
Do our students need money once inside the park?
Your students will need spending money for food and souvenir merchandise. A large selection of Disney Grad Nite 2011 merchandise is available for your students to choose from.
What kind of security will be present?
All bags, pockets and other items are checked for any illegal substances and weapons. All questionable items will be confiscated at the gate. Security is visibly present throughout the park during the event and a paging system is in place to reach your chaperones should your students require assistance.
Who will be performing at Disney's Grad Nite 2011?
Entertainment & talent information has not been released for Disney's Grad Nite 2011. Please check back soon. 2010 performers included Paramore, Keri Hilson, All Time Low, Quest Crew, Boys Like Girls, Mario, Hey Monday and Beat Freaks.
Is there a dress code?
Seniors should wear comfortable clothing that lets them have fun while still looking their best. Disney Grad Nite does enforce a dress code for this event. Click here for more information.

How do we know where specifically to arrive and depart from the event?
Prior to the event, you will be sent an information packet including everything there is to know about your Disney Grad Nite 2011 experience including specific arrival and departure locations.
What is there to do for Chaperones?
In addition to the free chaperone package 1 per 10 students, chaperones have access to all event activities and access to private chaperone areas.
Can we design our own Disney Grad Nite 2011 package?

Who do we call if we need assistance in Orlando?
