Why should we attend Rock the Universe 2011?
Rock The Universe was created to help youth leaders like you have an exciting and spiritually focused event to use as an outreach for students.
When is Rock the Universe 2011?
Rock the Universe 2011 takes place on Friday, September 9, 2011 & Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Universal Studios located at Universal Orlando® Resort located in Orlando, Florida. Concert performances will take place on 2 stages inside the park. Dates, times and entertainment subject to change or cancellation without notice.
What time does the event start?
Guests with Rock the Universe 2011 tickets can enter Universal Studios® after 4pm. The park closes for non Rock the Universe 2011 guests at 6pm. A Rock the Universe 2011 ticket will allow you to remain in the park until 1am to experience all the music and thrills.
Can I leave the park and re-enter during the event?
Yes, but you must have your Rock the Universe 2011 ticket, a hand stamp (acquired at the park exit), and a Rock the Universe 2011 wristband (if leaving before 8pm).
Is there a bus parking charge?
Yes, there is a $20 charge for buses that are parking in the Universal Orlando bus parking area. If the bus is just dropping off (not staying) then there is no charge. Bus parking is on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive early for best bus parking. Pricing subject to change without notice.
What is the number of people that qualify for 1st Stop's Rock the Universe 2011 packages?
10 people is the minimum required to for our packages.
Can I visit Universal's Islands of Adventure® with a Rock the Universe 2011 ticket?
Rock the Universe 2011 is a separately ticketed event that includes admission to Universal Studios after 4pm for the date stated on the ticket. The Rock the Universe 2011 ticket does not include entrance to Universal Studios before 4pm or entrance to Islands of Adventure. Ask your Travel Planner on details on adding Islands of Adventure® to your package.
Will the event go on if it rains?
Rock the Universe 2011 will be held rain or shine. Entertainment schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather. Dates, times and entertainment subject to change or cancellation without notice.
Does Rock the Universe 2011 have a Sunday Morning Worship Service?
Yes, Rock the Universe 2011 will hold a Sunday Morning Worship Service. Admission is FREE with any Rock the Universe 2011 ticket. Seating is limited and a reservation is required. Check back soon for more information.
Does every group need to have a chaperone?
Every group must have at least one adult (21 or older) chaperone.
Do we need money once inside the park?
Your group will need spending money for food and souvenir merchandise.
Do our chaperones receive complimentary admission to Universal's Rock the Universe 2011?
Yes -- one complimentary chaperone package is provided to you for every 10 student packages purchased.
What kind of security will be present?
All bags, pockets and other items are checked for any illegal substances and weapons. All questionable items will be confiscated at the gate. Security is visibly present throughout the park during the event. At Universal Orlando, safety is always a priority, so your group can enjoy their night of fun in a safe environment.
